My background is in UI/UX design—years of figuring out how to make technology work for humans, not the other way around. That perspective shapes everything I do at Hanlon. AI systems should feel natural to use. They should make people's jobs easier, not add another tool to learn.
I founded Hanlon because I saw too many companies treating AI as a buzzword or a simple automation layer. The real opportunity is bigger: redesigning how work gets done when AI is a core capability. That requires someone who understands both the technology and the people using it.

Why AI-Native Matters
Most AI implementations fail because they try to make AI fit into processes designed for humans. It's like putting a jet engine on a bicycle—technically possible, but you're missing the point.
